Neighborhood Sales Reports

This form is for instruction only!  It may be used for either: [1] assisting monthly on-line subscribers in understanding how to search residential records or, [2] as an aid for ordering a single residential sales report. Order a residential report now!

Most of the data fields in the on-line subscription are a "start of field" search meaning that the search results will match characters exactly as entered from left to right. Some fields will only search based upon an exact match of characters or numbers. On-line subscribers may wish to test various methods of data entry to become familiar with how a field responds.

T i p s

1) Search partial name (exp.,  enter Parkway Forest neighborhood as: Parkway with no spacing) If unsure of neighborhood name to search, go to remarks and describe boundaries, streets, etc. (i.e., N by Hwy 9, S by Hwy 13, E by the Railroad, W by I40)

2) Do not enter street Nos. Enter partial name of street for best results. Exp. enter Mountain View Way as Mountain with no spacing or street number.

3) Searching Plat Book/Page will locate sales in the same neighborhood or sales having the same restrictive covenants.

4) Entering a partial PIN Number will locate all sales in the same location beginning with the partial PIN (exp., entering 9655 will located all sales ranging from 965500000001 thru 965520999999 regardless of property type.)  The more PIN number entered, the smaller the  search area.

5) If unsure of how to search, describe boundaries or what you want searched  (exp.,  N by Hwy 9, S by Hwy 13, E by the Railroad, W by I40 -or- Vacant lots in downtown Asheville)
