Quick search - designed to quickly identify
available properties in a select area. Searchable
fields include: property type, price range, site
size, building size, and so forth.
Advanced search - an extension of the
"quick" search plus, search for special features,
view and location amenities, income
characteristics, etc. For example, homes in a
certain price range or monthly rent rate that
offer a swimming pool or a fireplace, industrial
properties that have a 20 foot ceiling height and
5 or more loading docks, commercial properties
located along a 4-lane highway, etc.
Proprietary search - encompasses all the
same search capabilities as the "quick" and
"advanced" levels available for public use but
it's primary purpose is to serve as an
administrative tool for participating real estate
Boards and/or private groups seeking an affordable
database solution.

How do I
search? |
|
Most fields offer a pick list of the most common
items that can be searched. Some fields allow "free
form" text searches. You may search as many fields
as you like but the more fields you enter, the more
narrow your search.
For those search fields that allow "free text"
entry,
your chances of finding matching records improve by
making only a partial entry since the search engine
locates records from the "start of field" in a left
to right manner. Also, if you are unsure of the
correct spelling for a street, simply enter just a
portion of the name then scroll down the list of
records until you locate the property.
You may notice that in some cases, not all
information about a listing will display. This is
because the owner, landlord, or agent may choose not
to "publicly" display certain items such as rent
roll, terms of any owner financing offered, or
expenses of the property. In this event, you will
need to email the listing party and obtain a "view
password" in order to view financial information.
Once you commence
negotiations with the listing party, we encourage
you to visit
