In select markets, PropEx will license franchisees under a fee-based arrangement. The franchisee will pay royalties from revenue derived from: [1] monthly listing fees for active listings in the Public Listing Service, [2] monthly advertising fees, [3] Town Square© service provider subscribers, and [4] supply sales.

Prospective applicants must complete a franchise application and submit a marketing plan for their geographical area. If awarded, applicant must pay the appropriate franchise fee.

Marketing skills and professional conduct are prerequisites for all levels of franchises.
