We accept three categories of advertisers:
[1] national banner advertisers, [2] local banner
advertisers, and [3] local service providers who
choose to advertise their real estate related services.
PropEx Town Square™ is
a "referral" directory for service
providers (appraisers, surveyors, attorneys, etc.)
desiring to promote their services in various home towns across the
country. It contains a graphical map of a town
filled with buildings including a court house and
city hall. Each of those buildings will represent
some type of real estate service. Viewers will link
to the indicated service by simply "clicking" the
building image. For example, "clicking" the court
house image will link viewers to public records,
"clicking" attorneys will link viewers to
legal services, etc....
PropEx Town Square™
will include a financial district (banks, mortgage
brokers, finance companies), legal services (closing
attorneys, title insurance, etc.) and other support
services with buildings that house surveyors,
appraisers, home inspectors, insurance, etc. As
viewers leave the city and enter the suburb, they
will see a neighborhood strip center (that will
house a home improvement store, interior decorators,
paint paint store, etc.), a house under construction
(that will link to new home builders), a bulldozer
(that will link to graders and earth moving
contractors) and other services.
Lastly, viewers will transition to the country where
they will see images of a manufactured home (links
to manufactured home dealers), septic system
(installers), a well (drilling contractors), and so
forth. As you can see, the purpose of the
PropEx Town Square™
is to provide consumers with access to all real
estate support services. Advertising your service in
the appropriate "building" can be an effective way
to generate new business.
LOCAL "SERVICE"
ADVERTISERS: The advertising fee for posting
a local "SERVICE" in the
Town Square™
will vary according to the length of contract. The
minimum contract term is 3 months. Ideally, each building (or
local service) will include at least two (2) service
providers (or service companies) but no more than
five (providers or companies) depending upon size
and number of providers in any given town.
LOCAL "BANNER"
ADVERTISERS: The advertising fee for
a local "BANNER" in the
Town Square™
OR Public Listing Service™
(PLS) will also vary according to the length of
contract, size, and number of service providers in
any given town.
NATIONAL "BANNER"
ADVERTISERS: The advertising fee for
a national "BANNER" in
Town Square™
OR Public Listing Service™
(PLS) will also vary according to the length of
contract, size, and number of service providers in
any given town.

We are
currently accepting either: [1] the 468x60 IAB/CASIE
standard creative size, [2] 349x76 size or, [3]
452x76 custom banner sizes. Image resolution is 72
ppi, maximum file size is 21k, and there is no
maximum animation loop limit. You determine the
advertising frequency and target location. Your
