MLS pricing will depend upon the number of total participants and
service level requested. PropEx offers three levels of MLS participation: |

A
proprietary service licensed exclusively to a local MLS board,
-
A
quasi-private service* that allows each member firm of the MLS board the option to:
[1]
keep certain listings proprietary within the group (exp. commercial
listings and complex residential/investment
properties) and/or, [2] publicly
display select listings depending upon their degree of marketability, client interest,
and/or member firm preference,
*At this level, the "digital brochure" serves
as the public interface. The MLS board may opt to
either: [1] conceal the "detail" page from public
view (and reserve exclusively for agent use) or,
[2] publicly display the "detail" page but conceal
the "financial summary" (which contains
data such as revenue stream, commission
structure, financing terms offered, sold data,
etc.)

Optional, unrestricted listings
posted in the Public Listing Service™ (PLS) -
ideal for difficult to move properties, listings
that require regional or national exposure, 1031's,
optioned or auctioned properties.
This option displays all listings to the public although the listing
party may opt to conceal from public view certain information contained
in the financial summary. This
method requires a viewer (potential prospect) to contact the agent
directly to access confidential information such as the terms of
any owner financing or exchange offered, income & expense
information, commissions, etc.
Depending upon the size of your MLS group, pricing
is usually based upon either: [1] a low monthly fee
"per agent" or, [2] individual "per listing" pricing.
