Enter A Listing
If
this is the first time you have entered a listing, you may wish to
review the following information. Most data entry fields will offer a "pick list" of choices. Other "text"
fields allow you to highlight certain features or provide more detailed
information about your listing.
Group account -
permits "multiple users" to share information
within a group.
Regional account -
sets privilege levels for "multiple groups" and
permits multiple groups to share information
within a region.
All account types
follow a directory tree "structure" from the root
directory and feature full report generation.

PLS Number
This is an
automatically assigned account number.
MLS Number
If your property is
also listed in a multiple listing service, enter the MLS number.
Listing Type
For example, For Sale, Auction,
Foreclosure, NoteForSale, Sale/Exchange, etc.
Status
Current - "Active"
listings.
Pending -
Listings under contract (See
Backups).
Sold/Closed -
Sold properties.
Leased
- Closed Leases.
Withdrawn
- Listings taken off the market.
Expired -
Expired listings.
Backups - Listing
is under contract but owner is accepting backups. (See
pending).
Offering Price
If
offered for rent, enter weekly or monthly rent. Do
not enter commas.
Auction
Date
If
applicable, the date of auction must be entered if
List Type = Auction.
Viewpass
This field is
optional. If you wish to let the public view the Financial Summary,
do not enter a Password. If you choose to limit access to the Financial
Summary, then do enter a
Password. You may change the password as often as you
like. Note: This is not the same password used to set up
your account or add listings!
Exclusive
EAL - Exclusive Agency Listing
ERS - Exclusive Right To Sell
N/A - If not listed with an agent.
NOTES: Required fields
are marked with an " * " asterisk. These reflect the minimum amount of
information that must be entered for your listing to display.
You may edit your listing
as often as you like. Changes are posted immediately for public view. As a
condition of use, you agree to keep the status of your listing current at
all times...this includes informing the public when a listing goes under
contract (pending), contingency, or when it is sold or leased.
When you enter a "viewpass",
you essentially "block" public access to financial information
such as rent roll, commissions offered to buyer agents, terms of any owner
financing offered, and so forth. The public will
still be able to freely view other information about your listing but must
contact you to access private information contained in the Financial
Summary. If you wish to let the public view these fields, simply leave
the "viewpass" blank.
